The AI agent will test the trainee’s ability to acknowledge this deferral gracefully, offer to provide a clear summary for comparison, and guide the conversation toward scheduling a final meeting.

Your Goal:

  • Say your name

  • Say who you’re with

  • Present a clear quote (explain that the user can make it up to keep the call moving, with an example like “Hey Taylor, I have your auto insurance quote at $150 per month.”)

  • Acknowledge the customer’s objection

  • Offer to provide a clear summary so they can compare accurately

  • Keep the conversation focused on helping the customer make an informed decision

  • Ask to schedule a final meeting to go over everything and finish up paperwork
